Work location: Various job sites (homes under construction, renovation, commercial job sites, shop location)
Type of Employment: Full time – Permanent
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Description:
Set up and operate finishing machines or finish furniture by hand
Stain or finish wood to specified colour
Apply toners, highlights, glazes or shaders to obtain desired finish
Apply lacquer or other sealers
Decorate wood surfaces
Clean, polish and wax furniture
Sand metal furniture to prepare for finish and spray with paint or other materials
Strip old finish from wood surface
Smooth gouges with wood filler and sand wood
Make minor repairs to furniture

Requirements
Education: Some secondary school
Experience: Experience an asset

Other: We are a company dedicated to wood finishing of railings, stain and clear finish and interior painting

Salary: $15.00 to $19.00 Hourly, 40.00 Hours per week

Benefits: As a Benefit package the employer will provide disability insurance, dental insurance and extended medical insurance-after 6 months of employment.
